Lead Site Managers
Lead Site Managers are responsible for coordinating with and providing training and support to all the Site Managers. They are responsible for negotiating pay and hiring of Carpenters and Laborers when needed. They also act as Site Manager for construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.
Raising Crew
We frequently need “pop-up” teams at various building sites around the U.S. for 1-2 weeks at a time. We hire experienced pros who know truss install, light crane, lifts, timber frame carpentry, and integration of timber framing with existing and stick framing, as well as Apprentice or journeyworker timber framers.
